In addition to offering you moorage at one of Vancouver Island’s finest marina, we offer a range of services; including, boatyard services and winter boat storage to meet your specific needs.

The following rates are in effect from 04/01/2024 to 03/31/2025. Starting on the 1st or 15th of the month. Annual moorage is pre-paid for the term. All rates are in Canadian funds and subject to 5% GST. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Winter Storage Rates
Pricing by length of boat
Effective September 1, 2023. All fees are in Canadian funds and subject to 5% GST. Fees are subject to change without notice.
20% off winter storage fees for Westport annual berth holders.
3 month minimum charge. Winter Storage fees do not include lift, launch, pressure wash, or electrical usage fees. No work permitted on vessels while in winter storage. Winter Storage boats are not permitted to be used as living quarters. Winter Storage is not available May through Aug. All boats remaining in Winter Storage after April 30 will be charged the daily boat yard rate.
Vessels 40′ to 50′ must be blocked in boatyard, limited space available.
